They either land their bomb in the right window and swing the fight, or they whiff and contribute nothing. Built correctly, the best Bombers are the highest single-skill damage in the game. Built wrong, they are dead weight. The skill ceiling for using a Bomber is higher than any other archetype, but the payoff is worth learning.

Mode fit ratings are based on the cookie's archetype, not their specific kit. A Legendary Bomber that's S-rated for a mode may still need build investment to actually clear top-tier content there.
Bomber Cookies pair with Supports who set up their burst window (cooldown reducers, defense shredders) and tanks who keep them safe through the long animation. Pair with a healer to recover between bomb cycles. Avoid running two Bombers unless you are specifically stacking burst windows on the same target.
