A Sherbet who re-applies the bypass every few seconds keeps the enemy's resist permanently cracked open for your carry.
When do you go Swift Chocolate over Searing Raspberry? When Sherbet is the support-enabler on an Ice team that already has a dedicated carry doing the heavy lifting — you just need his debuffs constantly refreshed. In longer fights where Frost stacks and bypass uptime decide the outcome, cooldown often out-values the extra shard damage.
