Timekeeper Cookie — Best Toppings, Beascuits & Team Comps
Timekeeper Cookie's passive turns Topping Cooldown into ATK, and her kit punishes every enemy Cookie revive without blocking it. Here is the topping build, beascuit, tart and team comp her real kit supports.

Updated 11 October 2026: Earlier versions of this guide were built on a "Sealed Hour" anti-revive skill that does not exist in Timekeeper's kit. This version is rebuilt from her actual kit (Temporal Stabilization and the TBD Director passive), which also moves the topping recommendation to Cooldown.
Timekeeper Cookie did not arrive in v7.4 to play nice. Her skill hits every enemy, freezes the skills of the three hardest-hitting ones, and makes every enemy Cookie revive cost the other side. Her passive also turns Topping Cooldown into ATK, and that one line decides her whole build. If you pulled her and you have no idea what toppings to feed her, what beascuit pairs cleanly, or which comp she belongs in, this is the page that fixes that.
Kit numbers below are max skill level, from cookierun.wiki's Timekeeper page (revised 29 September 2026). The guide covers Kingdom Arena, plus why Guild Battle's Machine-God and Cake Tower get no fixed Timekeeper comp.
Who is Timekeeper Cookie?

Timekeeper is a Legendary Magic-type Cookie with the Light element, released in the v7.4 update (The Arcana of Truth and Deceit) on May 7, 2026, alongside Ash Salt and the Timeline of Fate World Exploration mode. She is prioritized to the Middle row and is a damage dealer with a control layer.
Get one thing straight before you build her: she does not stop revives. The cookierun.wiki Revival page lists no Cookie that prevents one. What Timekeeper does is punish them: when an enemy Cookie revives, she immediately hits it with an Emergency Dial Lock and gains 15 Entropy toward her Stabilization Mode.
That matters because only two Cookies revive allies, and they do not work on the same team. Sugar Swan revives one fallen ally per revival, up to twice per battle, and only if no other Healing Cookie is on the team. Awakened Pure Vanilla revives one ally once per battle, at 30% HP after 7 seconds, and only if no other Healing Cookie is in the Rear row. Run the two together and both revives switch off.
Why she matters: Fandom's community tier list (an opinion page, revised 30 September 2026) rates her S+ for Kingdom Arena.
Timekeeper skill breakdown
Her skill is Temporal Stabilization: 15-second cooldown, 2-second initial cooldown.
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Timeline Expansion | 15 Light hits on all enemies: 398.2% ATK each against non-Cookies, or 302.3% ATK + 22.9% of Max HP against Cookies, ignoring 40% DMG Resist. Then 3 final hits of 510.3% ATK each. She gains an HP Shield of 25% Max HP for 7 sec. |
| Dial Lock | Lands on the 3 highest-ATK enemies, Cookies first: cooldown frozen and skills blocked for 3.3 sec (not affected by Debuff Resist), 411.7% ATK periodic damage every 0.5 sec, and a 649.8% ATK final hit. It then explodes into Regression: Cooldown +20% (slower skills) and DMG dealt −15% for 25 sec. |
| Emergency Dial Lock | When an enemy Cookie revives, she locks it for 1.7 sec on the spot. |
| Entropy → Stabilization Mode | Entropy builds 3 stacks per second, +15 per enemy Cookie revive and +1 per 7 debuffs on her allies. At 42 stacks she enters Stabilization Mode for 7 sec: nearby enemy Cookies take +59% DMG, and her team gets DMG dealt +29% and DMG Dampening 8%. |
| TBD Director (passive) | Cooldown −7%, Debuff Resist +35%, DMG Resist +37.5%, DMG Dampening 28%, Max HP +33%. ATK +2% per 1% Cooldown from Toppings, capped at +60%. Revives herself once per battle at 100% HP. |
What is not in the kit: no "Sealed Hour", no cooldown refund on kills, and nothing that blocks a revive. Her only rewind is her own once-per-battle revive "by reversing time". She does not revive, heal or cleanse allies.
There is also no cast timing to learn in Arena. Arena battles always run on Auto (cookierun.wiki Kingdom Arena page), and Emergency Dial Lock fires on its own whenever an enemy Cookie revives.
Plain-English version: She hits everything, freezes the three hardest-hitting enemies' skills for a few seconds, and makes every enemy Cookie revive cost the revived Cookie a lock while moving her side a step closer to a +59% damage window. If she falls, she gets back up once at full HP.
Best toppings build

Her passive decides this one. TBD Director gives her +2% ATK for every 1% Cooldown she gets from Toppings, capped at +60%, which she reaches at 30% Topping Cooldown. That makes Swift Chocolate (Cooldown) the topping her kit asks for: it pays out as Cooldown and as ATK. Fandom's community-edited infobox lists Swift Chocolate and Searing Raspberry as her toppings, with Cooldown first in its stat list.
Our arithmetic from cookierun.wiki's topping values, for five +12 Swift Chocolate (M):
| Source | Topping Cooldown | ATK from her passive |
|---|---|---|
| Main stats (3.0% each at +12) | 15% | +30% |
| 5-piece set bonus | 5% | +10% |
| Cooldown bonus effects (1–2% each, at most one per topping) | up to 10% | up to +20% |
| Total | up to 30% | up to +60% (the cap) |
Five +12 Searing Raspberry give 45% ATK from main stats plus the 10% 5-piece set, but 0% Topping Cooldown unless bonus effects roll it, so her passive adds at most +20% ATK on that build. With equal bonus effects, the Raspberry build ends up 15 percentage points ahead on ATK and the Chocolate build 20 points ahead on Cooldown, so Chocolate is the choice when you want more casts. A Chocolate/Raspberry mix sits in between: it still feeds the passive, just less of it.
cookierun.wiki lists two Resonant sets for her: Chrono (added in v7.4, shared with Ash Salt and Croissant) and Pride-Filled (added in v7.9). Both come in all ten topping types, so the same Cooldown logic applies.
Sub-stat priority order
An M topping rolls a bonus effect (sub-stat) at +6, +9 and +12, and each one is a different stat, so a topping can carry at most one Cooldown roll. Fandom's community-edited stat list for her runs Cooldown, ATK, DMG Resist and DMG Resist Bypass; toppings cannot roll the last one, so aim for these, in this order:
- Cooldown (each 1% is also +2% ATK through her passive, up to 30% total Topping Cooldown)
- ATK %
- DMG Resist
- CRIT% (not on Fandom's list; still adds damage when a roll misses the first three)
Realistic ceilings across five M toppings: 10% Cooldown (2% × 5) and 15% ATK (3% × 5) from bonus effects. An 18% or 25% Cooldown target from sub-stats alone is not reachable.
Best beascuit
Timekeeper is Magic-type, so she takes the Zesty beascuit (beascuits only equip on Cookies of their own type). No beascuit has a Skill Power bonus effect. The pool is ATK, DEF, HP, ATK SPD, CRIT%, DMG Resist, CRIT Resist, Cooldown, Amplify Buff, Debuff Resist, DMG Resist Bypass and Element DMG.
Priority order on the beascuit:
- ATK (3–7.5% on a Legendary beascuit)
- DMG Resist Bypass (5–15%; on Fandom's stat list for her, and toppings cannot roll it)
- Light DMG on a Gleaming (Light) elemental beascuit (8–15%), since her skill damage is all Light
- Cooldown (2–6%) shortens her skill, though her passive's wording only counts Cooldown from Toppings
Any Zesty beascuit is better than none: before bonus effects, a Legendary one at Lv.30 adds ATK +30% and HP +35%.

Best topping tart
The Swift Chocolate Tart is the pick. An M tart rolls 3.0–5.0% Cooldown, and tarts count toward set effects, so it lifts five Swift Chocolates to the 6-piece +6% Cooldown bonus. That stacks with the flat Cooldown −7% in her own passive.
The fallback, if you went Raspberry-heavy, is a Searing Raspberry Tart (7.2–12.0% ATK). In Arena, the Chocolate tart's extra Cooldown means more Dial Locks per fight.

Best team comps with Timekeeper
One Arena comp below, then why Guild Battle's Machine-God and Cake Tower get no fixed Timekeeper comp. The links go to each cookie's detail page if you want individual build details. Rows are set by each Cookie's position, not picked by you.
Comp 1 — Kingdom Arena
All five sit in the S+ Arena tier of Fandom's opinion-based tier list (revised 30 September 2026).
| Slot | Cookie | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Front | Aegis Hollyberry | Tank (DMG Focus 45%) |
| Mid | Dark Enchantress | Anchor DPS |
| Mid | Timekeeper | Damage + Dial Lock |
| Rear | Venom Dough | Bomber; +2 Venom Cores with Dark Enchantress on the team |
| Rear | Sugar Swan | Healer + up to 2 revives (one Cookie each) |
Why no Pure Vanilla: Sugar Swan's revives only work with no other Healing Cookie on the team, and Awakened Pure Vanilla's revive needs no other Healing Cookie in the Rear row, so pairing them switches both off. Venom Dough takes the slot because they gain two extra Venom Cores with Dark Enchantress on the team.
Facing an enemy Timekeeper with this comp: each Sugar Swan revive hands their Timekeeper an Emergency Dial Lock on the revived Cookie and 15 Entropy toward Stabilization Mode. The revive still happens; it just costs more.
Guild Battle — not a Machine-God pick
Machine-God of the Eternal Void is immune to every debuff that is not Water-type and takes 12% more Water DMG (its cookierun.wiki boss page). None of Timekeeper's debuffs is Water-type, so Dial Lock's freeze and Regression do not stick, and her Emergency Dial Lock and Stabilization Mode's +59% DMG taken only touch enemy Cookies anyway. What still works is Timeline Expansion's damage (398.2% ATK a hit against non-Cookies), the Dial Lock explosion (her skill text sets it off when the target is immune), and Stabilization Mode's +29% DMG dealt for her team, since Entropy builds 3 stacks a second on its own. Fandom's community guide for the boss says to use only Water Cookies, so build that team around Water rather than around her.
Cake Tower — no fixed Timekeeper comp
Neither of the two Sublime Cake Tower sections supports building a fixed comp around her:
- Decadent Choco is one boss per tray across 55 trays, with no waves (trays 23 and 42 are single fights against four enemies). Devsisters' recommended-Cookie lists include Timekeeper on none of the 55 trays, and her Emergency Dial Lock and Stabilization Mode's +59% DMG taken only affect enemy Cookies.
- Endless Strawberry (300 trays) is the waves tower, but its tray tables carry no recommended Cookies at all, only bonus conditions. A few of those fit her: Light Cookies on trays 55, 201, 205 and 210, and Magic Cookies on trays 37 and 105.
- Both towers switch off topping bonus effects, so five +12 Swift Chocolates give her about 20% Topping Cooldown there, or +40% ATK from her passive.
Build each tray around its own tip, recommended list or bonus condition instead. Our Decadent Choco walkthrough goes tray by tray.
How to counter Timekeeper if you face her

If you keep losing to her, her kit points at three answers:
- Don't feed her revives. Every Cookie revive on your side gives her an Emergency Dial Lock on the revived Cookie and 15 Entropy, which brings her Stabilization Mode (your nearby Cookies take +59% DMG) sooner.
- Plan to kill her twice. Her passive revives her once at 100% HP, and she carries DMG Resist +37.5%, DMG Dampening 28% and Max HP +33%. Focusing her first costs two kills, not one.
- Put Fury of the Catacombs on her. Silent Salt opens each battle by marking the enemy with the highest ATK (Cookies first) with Fury of the Catacombs: Cooldown Recovery −25% and DMG dealt −25%. If Timekeeper is that enemy (her passive adds up to +60% ATK), it lands on her.
The wrong answer is "more revives": each one is another Emergency Dial Lock and another 15 Entropy for her.
Is Timekeeper worth pulling?
Honest take, no fence-sitting:
- F2P / low-spend: Yes, if Arena is your focus. Fandom's opinion-based tier list rates her S+ for Arena. If you mainly push Cake Tower, spend elsewhere: Devsisters recommend her on none of Decadent Choco's 55 trays.
- Mid-spend / dolphin: Yes, and keep pulling for Soulstones if you have currency. A duplicate converts to 20 Soulstones, and she is on the ★6 promotion track Legendaries started moving to in v7.4: 380 Soulstones in total to reach ★5 and 540 to reach ★6 (cookierun.wiki Cookie Upgrading page).
- Whale: Already pulled, already 5★+. Move on to topping rolls and the next banner.
- New player (under account level 30): Skip. You will not have the support cookies to use her. Build Pavlova and an Epic core first, then come back.
One-line verdict: Pull her for Arena; don't pull her for Cake Tower.
For the broader picture, cross-check with our CRK tier list before you spend crystals.
Quick Action Checklist
- Roll Swift Chocolate toppings with Cooldown bonus effects (30% Topping Cooldown maxes her +60% ATK passive)
- Craft a Zesty beascuit with ATK, DMG Resist Bypass and Light DMG rolls
- Equip a Swift Chocolate Tart
- Expect her in the Middle row; rows follow each Cookie's position, not your choice
- Don't pair Sugar Swan with Awakened Pure Vanilla: each switches off the other's revive
- Pair with Dark Enchantress for a two-Cookie Middle-row damage core
- If F2P, remember a duplicate is only 20 Soulstones: ★5 takes 380 in total on her ★6 track, so pace pulls against the next banner
