Palworld TCG PR Card Pack Vol.2 - All 9 New Promo Cards
Every promo Pal handed out at a Palworld TCG shop tournament so far has been a reprint. PR Card Pack Vol.2, the shop-tournament prize from November, is not: none of its nine card designs is in Bushiroad's English or Japanese card database, and they include a Red Lucky Pal with Assault, the first Colorless Interrupt Pal, a 700-Power 3-drop and two saddles for Legends Awaken Pals. Here is every card, who gets the pack, and the rules and prizes for the Legends Awaken Release Tournament that runs in the same month.

Every promo Pal Bushiroad has handed out at a Palworld TCG shop tournament so far is a reprint of a card you could already open in a booster or a trial deck. The pack that replaces them in November is not.
Bushiroad's English Shop Tournaments page now lists prizes for November 2026 to January 2027, and every participant gets one card from PR Card Pack Vol.2. On 11 October 2026 I checked its nine card designs against Bushiroad's English card database (276 rows) and its Japanese one (288 rows). None of the nine is in either, and none reprints anything that is. One is a Lucky Pal, two carry Interrupt, and three reference Pals that Bushiroad has previewed for Booster Pack "Legends Awaken", which goes on sale on 30 October.
The same month brings the Legends Awaken Release Tournament, which every official store can run once between 1 and 30 November and which requires at least ten Legends Awaken cards in every deck. Both are below, read off Bushiroad's English and Japanese event pages.
What is in PR Card Pack Vol.2
Like Vol.1 before it, Vol.2 is a single-card wrapper, and the front states the pool: one card per pack, 17 types. Those 17 are:
- Nine card designs, EPR-021 to EPR-029: six Pals, two gear and one event.
- Seven S versions of those designs, one for every card except the two gear, EPR-024 and EPR-028.
- One Soul, ESOUL-018, full-art with a green panda Pal throwing a punch and no text box.
The one S version I compared against its base card, EPR-021S, runs the artwork to the card edges and drops the flavour line, the same change our rarities guide found between base and SSP printings. Cost, Power, Strike and text are identical.
Our promo cards guide diffed Vol.1 in August and found eight reprints and a Soul. I re-ran that check on every promo now in the English database, EPR-001 to EPR-011 and all eight S versions, and every one still matches an existing printing on cost, Power, Strike, colour and text. Vol.2 is the first PR Card Pack that adds card text to the game.
Who gets it, and when
| English shop tournaments | Japanese shop tournaments | |
|---|---|---|
| Prize window | November 2026 to January 2027 | November to December 2026 |
| Every participant | 1 card from PR Card Pack Vol.2 | 1 pack of Vol.2 |
| Champion | 2 packs of Vol.2 | 2 packs of Vol.2 |
| Extra prize | 1 more pack per store, chosen by the store; Bushiroad encourages giving it to someone other than the winner | 1 pack to one random-prize winner |
| Card numbers | EPR-021 to EPR-029, ESOUL-018 | PR-020 to PR-028, SOUL-018 |
The Japanese page adds that every card in the pack is holo. Its numbers also run one lower than the English ones: Japanese PR-020 is the same Relaxaurus Lux card as English EPR-021. Our Tokyo Autumn breakdown already warned that Japanese and English promo numbers do not line up, and Vol.2 follows the same pattern, so look these up by name.
On legality, Bushiroad's floor rules settle promos in one sentence of section 3.3: "Promotional cards are legal from the day that they are distributed." In English store events, each Vol.2 card is legal from the first day a store hands it out, which on Bushiroad's listed window is 1 November at the earliest. Bushiroad's English Masters League page, whose schedule our Masters League 26/27 guide breaks down, has its own FAQ answer, that promo cards "can be used immediately from their release date", without saying what that date is for a pack handed out at stores, so ask the organizer before you sleeve one at Kissimmee on 7-8 November.
All nine cards at a glance
Read off the card images on Bushiroad's English Shop Tournaments page. Elements are read from the icons beside each name, matched against database cards that carry the same icons.
| No. | Card | Type | Colour | Cost | Power / Strike | Element | Text, in short |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EPR-021 | Relaxaurus Lux – Party Time | Lucky Pal | Red | 7 | 1100 / 3 | Dragon, Electric | Assault; stands when the Pal it is fighting goes to the graveyard during its attack |
| EPR-022 | Foxparks – Breathing Practice | Pal | Red | 3 | 500 / 1 | Fire | No text |
| EPR-023 | Jolthog Cryst – Midwinter Awakening | Pal | Blue | 3 | 700 / 1 | Ice | On Deploy: reveal a 〈Legendary〉 Pal from hand, or this card rests |
| EPR-024 | Frostallion Saddle | Gear | Blue | 2 | - | - | Your 《Frostallion》 Pals cannot be chosen by your opponent's Pals' effects; rest: a Pal gets +200 |
| EPR-025 | Dazemu – Stride of Oblivion | Pal | Green | 6 | 900 / 2 | Ground | Interrupt |
| EPR-026 | Seed Machine Gun | Event | Green | 1 | - | - | Quick: a Pal gets +300 until end of turn |
| EPR-027 | Mau – Greed Beckons | Pal | Purple | 3 | 300 / 1 | Dark | When assigned to a Farming structure, your opponent discards a card of their choice |
| EPR-028 | Frostallion Noct Saddle | Gear | Purple | 2 | - | - | When your 《Frostallion Noct》 is deployed, deploy a cost-3-or-less Pal from your graveyard, rested; rest: a Pal gets +200 |
| EPR-029 | Eikthyrdeer – Warden of the Woods | Pal | Colorless | 6 | 900 / 2 | Neutral | Interrupt |
Two cards per colour, as in Vol.1, plus a Colorless ninth.
Relaxaurus Lux: Assault, and it stands back up

A 7-cost Red Lucky Pal, 1100 Power and Strike 3, with two lines of text:
- CONT Assault: it can attack Pals in the stand state.
- AUTO: when the opposing combat Pal is put into the graveyard during this card's attack, stand this card.
Only one Pal in the database prints Assault as a permanent ability, Grizzbolt – Rumbling Tank, which is also a Red 7-cost Lucky Pal, at 1600 Power and Strike 4. (Gumoss – Curious Sprout grants Assault to itself for one turn.) Relaxaurus Lux gives up 500 Power and a point of Strike for the second line.
That second line is a loop with a ceiling. Rule 9.2.2.1 only lets a standing Pal attack, so each kill buys another attack, and Assault makes standing Pals legal targets as well as rested ones (the one Pal whose own text keeps it out of reach is Lamball – My First Pal, which cannot be attacked by Pals costing 4 or more). But Pal-against-Pal damage goes both ways at once (rule 9.6.3.1), and damage stays on a Pal until the end phase (rule 7.6.3). The chain ends when the Power of the Pals it has fought adds up to 1100. Beat two 500-Power Pals in a row and it is standing on 1000 damage; a third fight with any Pal at 100 Power or more kills it.
Two more things the rules settle. A blocker becomes both the attack target and the attacker's battle opponent (rules 9.4.2.1 and 9.4.3), so killing a blocker stands it too. An Interrupt nullifies the attack and no battle damage happens, so nothing goes to the graveyard and it stays rested.
It is also a Dragon. Red's only Dragon Pal in the database is Jormuntide Ignis – Savage Lava Dragon, so in a Blue-Red deck Relaxaurus Lux is a second Red hit for Chillet – Dragon Whisperer, which deploys a cost-8-or-less Dragon off the top of your deck, and rule 9.2.2.3 lets it attack the turn it lands. As a Lucky Pal it takes one of your eight Lucky slots (rule 6.1.1.3), and Red goes from six Lucky Pals to seven.
Our Challengers Cup breakdown covered EPR-010, the serial-numbered Jormuntide Ignis, as the first Lucky Pal in the promo line. That card is a reprint, and only each store's Grand Challengers Cup champion gets one. Relaxaurus Lux is not in any booster or trial deck in the database, and it is in a pack every shop tournament participant opens.
Two more Interrupt Pals, and the first Colorless one

Dazemu – Stride of Oblivion (Green) and Eikthyrdeer – Warden of the Woods (Colorless) are both 6-cost Normal Pals at 900 Power and Strike 2, and both print Interrupt in full: from hand, at Quick speed, pay 1 soul and discard the card, or discard it and one other card, to nullify the opponent's attack with no battle damage. Official Q&A #51 confirms Interrupt only works from the hand.
That stat line already exists. Cryolinx – Arctic Ordeal (Blue) and Blazehowl Noct – Darkflame Defender (Purple) are also 6-cost, 900 / 2 Interrupt Pals, 300 Power under the 1200 a textless 6-drop prints, as our Pal cost breakdown lays out. What changes is who can run one.
| Colour | Interrupt Pals in the English database (cost) | Added by Vol.2 |
|---|---|---|
| Red | Foxparks – A Toasty Hug (4), Bushi – Ephemeral Blade (5), Blazehowl – Hellflame Defender (7) | - |
| Blue | Reindrix – Icy Gaze (5), Cryolinx – Arctic Ordeal (6) | - |
| Green | Dinossom – Radiant Fragrance (4), Wumpo Botan – Tropical Sentinel (7) | Dazemu (6) |
| Purple | Blazehowl Noct – Darkflame Defender (6), Pyrin Noct – Steed of Azure Flames (7) | - |
| Colorless | none | Eikthyrdeer (6) |
Nine Interrupt Pals become eleven. Colorless cards go in any deck alongside its two colours (official Q&A #17), so Eikthyrdeer is the first Interrupt Pal every deck can play.
Japan's podiums show how much of a deck this mechanic already fills. The 18 Tokyo Autumn podium lists ran 183 Interrupt Pals between them, 7 to 13 per list. That is the figure our Tokyo Autumn breakdown published, and I re-counted it from Bushiroad's deck-recipe database. The keyword abilities guide has the full rules on Interrupt.
Three cards waiting on Legends Awaken
Three of the nine name something no card in either database has yet. Bushiroad's English Legends Awaken page says the set debuts Legendary Pals, led by Jetragon, and its illustration reveals include Frostallion and Frostallion Noct.

Jolthog Cryst – Midwinter Awakening is a 3-cost Blue Pal at 700 Power and Strike 1. No cost-3 Pal in the database has more than 500 Power, the figure every textless 3-drop prints. The catch is its On Deploy line: you may reveal 1 〈Legendary〉 Pal from your hand, and if you did not reveal one, rest this card. No card in either database is Legendary, and the word does not appear in Comprehensive Rules ver. 1.00, so until Legends Awaken it always enters rested. A rested Pal cannot attack (rule 9.2.2.1), cannot be assigned (5.17.1.1) or block (9.4.2), and is a legal attack target (9.2.3) until your next stand phase. The reveal costs nothing beyond showing the card, which stays in your hand.
Frostallion Saddle is a 2-cost Blue gear. Its CONT line stops your main name 《Frostallion》 Pals from being chosen by the effects of your opponent's Pals, and its ACT line rests the gear to give a Pal +200 until end of turn. No card in the English database prints "cannot be chosen" at all, but the shield is narrow. It only covers effects of your opponent's Pals, so Strike from the Darkness (an event), Mounted Machine Gun (a structure) and Single-Shot Rifle (a gear) can all still choose a Frostallion. It is also the first gear to print a CONT ability of its own. Every launch gear prints only ACT or AUTO lines; Cawgnito Hat's Stealth is a CONT it hands to a Pal inside angle brackets.
Frostallion Noct Saddle is the Purple counterpart, also at 2 cost. When your main name 《Frostallion Noct》 Pal is deployed, choose up to 1 cost-3-or-less Pal in your graveyard and deploy it in the rest state, plus the same rest-for-+200 line. Official Q&A #32 says On Deploy abilities fire when a card is deployed from the graveyard, so whatever comes back gets its own On Deploy trigger. It comes back rested, so it can be attacked.
Until those Pals exist, each Saddle is a 2-cost gear carrying the +200 rest ability most launch gear prints. Our gear guide found no gear in the promo line, and Bushiroad's database still lists none, so these are the first two.
Three that work on today's card pool
Foxparks – Breathing Practice, a 3-cost Red Pal at 500 Power and Strike 1 with an empty text box, sits on the benchmark every textless 3-drop prints. Its job is its main name. Foxparks' Harness gives a Pal +200, and gives a 《Foxparks》 an On Attack trigger that deals 700 damage as well. Four Blue-Red podium lists at Tokyo Autumn ran four Harness beside four copies each of both existing Foxparks, eight in all, which is as many as rule 6.1.1.2's four-per-name limit allows. Breathing Practice is a third Foxparks name, so a deck can now run up to twelve.
Mau – Greed Beckons is a 3-cost Purple Pal at 300 Power and Strike 1. When it is assigned to a 「Farming」 structure, your opponent chooses a card from their hand and discards it. The only two Farming structures in the game are Ranch and Breeding Farm, and both are Green, so the trigger can only fire in Green-Purple. Assign it to Ranch and you get Ranch's 3 Material or 3 Ingredient plus a card, and your opponent loses one. The price is the one our structures guide describes: an assigned Pal is rested, and a rested Pal can be attacked. Blue's Mau Cryst – Harbinger of Riches draws a card off the same trigger.
Seed Machine Gun is a 1-cost Green event: Quick, choose 1 Pal, and it gets +300 until end of turn. The only other 1-cost cards in the game are three structures, Stone Pit, Berry Plantation and Antique Mirror. It is the sixth Quick event and Green's second, after Stone Blast's +500 for 2 souls. Quick cards can be played in your own main phase or in the quick step of your opponent's battle, never during your own battle (official Q&A #28 and #29). Blocks are declared before the quick step, so this is a defender's trick: block, then win the fight by 300. The event cards guide walks through that timing.
The Legends Awaken Release Tournament

Bushiroad's English event page sets it out like this:
| Legends Awaken Release Tournament | |
|---|---|
| When | Once per official tournament store, any date from 1 to 30 November 2026 |
| Registration | Bushi Navi, from 10 October 2026 at 8 AM PT |
| Format | Standard, 5-round Swiss, best-of-one, 30-minute rounds |
| End | At the end of the round where exactly one undefeated player remains |
| Deck rule | At least 10 cards from Booster Pack "Legends Awaken"; your own constructed deck, not sealed or draft; Bushi Navi deck log required |
| Every participant | ESOUL-017 promo Soul and a Bushi Navi flair |
| Champion | Playmat with Frostallion, Jetragon and Frostallion Noct, plus a flair |
| Extra prize | One more copy of the champion playmat per organizer, by a method the organizer chooses |
Legends Awaken goes on sale on Friday 30 October, so the earliest a store can run this is two days after release. The page lists no top cut, unlike the Grand Challengers Cup, which cuts to a top 4 or top 8 depending on turnout.
The ten-card rule is worth doing the arithmetic on. With at most four copies of a card name (rule 6.1.1.2), ten Legends Awaken cards means at least three different Legends Awaken names in your 50. And the count is by product. Bushiroad's Japanese page, for the same event over the same 1 to 30 November window, words the rule as at least ten cards whose card number starts with BP02, with a simple deck check when prizes are handed out and no prize for a deck that fails it. A promo such as Vol.2's Frostallion Saddle is legal in the deck once a store has handed it out (floor rules 3.3), but it does not count toward the ten.
Japan's version hands every participant SOUL-017 and lists its rubber mat as both the champion's prize and a random prize, without saying how many random prizes a store gives. The Japanese SOUL-017 image shows Jetragon flanked by Frostallion and Frostallion Noct, with the Legends Awaken logo across the lower part of the card. The English page's ESOUL-017 image points at a Bushiroad development server and did not load when I requested it on 11 October, so I have not seen the English card.
Milestone flairs start counting in November
Bushiroad is also adding Tournament Milestone Flairs to Bushi Navi for Palworld events. The page says flairs are handed out from November 2026 and attendance starts counting from November 2026, so October events, the Grand Challengers Cup included, do not count toward them. The tiers, from Bushiroad's announcement graphic:
| Flair | Tournament attendances |
|---|---|
| Freshman Surveyor | 10 |
| Junior Surveyor | 30 |
| Senior Surveyor | 70 |
| Iron Heart | 100 |
| Sphere Craftsman | 150 |
| Unstoppable Streak | 200 |
| Palpagos Guru | 255 |
| Palpagos Guardian | 300 |
The page does not say which event types count.
What Bushiroad has not published
- Database entries for any Vol.2 card, ESOUL-017 or ESOUL-018, in English or Japanese. They exist only as images on the event pages.
- Rulings. The English Q&A still holds 97 entries and the Japanese one 106, and none is tagged to a Vol.2 card.
- A rules definition of 〈Legendary〉. Comprehensive Rules ver. 1.00 does not mention it.
- Whether any Vol.2 card is also printed in Legends Awaken. Its card list is not out.
- Pull rates for the 17 types, including how often an S version turns up.
- A working image of the English ESOUL-017.
- Which events count toward milestone flairs.
Quick reference
- PR Card Pack Vol.2: 1 card per pack from 17 types: EPR-021 to EPR-029, seven S versions and ESOUL-018.
- English window: shop tournaments from November 2026 to January 2027. Every participant gets 1 card, the champion 2 packs, and each store has 1 extra pack. Japan: November and December 2026.
- None of the nine designs is in either card database, and none reprints a card that is.
- Headline cards: Relaxaurus Lux – Party Time (Red Lucky Pal, cost 7, 1100 / 3, Assault, stands after a kill) and Eikthyrdeer – Warden of the Woods (the first Colorless Interrupt Pal).
- Waiting on Legends Awaken: Jolthog Cryst – Midwinter Awakening (700 Power at cost 3, enters rested without a Legendary Pal) and two Frostallion saddles, the first gear in the promo line.
- Legal: from the day a store hands them out (floor rules 3.3).
- Legends Awaken Release Tournament: once per store, 1 to 30 November 2026; 5-round Swiss, best-of-one, 30 minutes; at least 10 Legends Awaken cards; ESOUL-017 for everyone, a Frostallion, Jetragon and Frostallion Noct playmat for the champion.
- Milestone flairs: 10 to 300 attendances, counted from November 2026.
The first two PR Card Packs were binder upgrades. This one has a Lucky Pal, two Interrupt Pals and a 3-drop bigger than anything else at its cost, and from November it goes to every player who sits down at a shop tournament.

Palworld TCG Challengers Cup Prizes and 2 New Promo Cards
Two cards landed in the Palworld TCG's official database this week that break a pattern our promo card guide called out by name a month ago: not one of Bushiroad's first sixteen promos carried the Lucky Pal icon, or reprinted anything rarer than an Uncommon. EPR-010 does both - a reprint of the RR-rarity Lucky Pal Jormuntide Ignis, whose own card image shows a 000/750 serial-number window. Neither it nor its Common-tier companion, EPR-011, is in a booster or either PR Card Pack. Both are exclusive prizes for the Grand Challengers Cup, whose full prize list and registration window are now live.

Palworld TCG Promo Cards - All 16, Where to Get Them, and Why None of Them Change Your Deck
Bushiroad has printed sixteen promo cards for the Palworld TCG, and not one of them is a new card. I diffed all sixteen PR2026 entries against the rest of the official database: every promo Pal is a field-for-field reprint of a Common, Uncommon or trial-deck card, and the other seven are Souls with no rules text. Here is the full list, which event hands out which card, and the floor rules that will actually cost you a game.

Palworld TCG Tokyo Autumn Results: How the New Cards Did
Japan's second Palworld TCG Masters League qualifier ran at Tokyo Big Sight on 3 October 2026, the day after Sleeve & Card Set Vol.1 went on sale in Japan, and Bushiroad has posted all 18 podium decks. They are the first published decklists with any of the sleeve set's five cards in them. Chillet – Final Frostneedle made eight lists and Quivern seven, Blue-Purple took three of the six blocks, and a Blue-Green deck won Block B, eleven days after Kyoto's podium had no Green cards at all.

Palworld TCG Meta: What Won the Kyoto Masters League
Bushiroad has published the decks that finished first, second and third in all four blocks of Japan's first Masters League 26-27 qualifier, held in Kyoto on 22 September 2026. Every card in them has an English printing, so this is the first Masters League data for the Dawn of Palpagos format English players are about to take into October's Grand Challengers Cups. Eight of the 12 are Blue-Purple, ten run four Chillet, all 12 run exactly eight Lucky Pals, and not one contains a Green card.
